NOTE: This is purely my opinion, so lets agree to disagree if you dont. :>

So, AI.
Its supposed to be this magical thing that solves all our problems and help us in daily life.

But that isnt what really happened. Sure, I wont deny that AI is a great thing. AI can do lots of useful things, but what “AI pRoViDorS” are putting it into, really makes it more of a nuance then a tool for us to use.

I will say that there are many good usecases where I personally find it useful, but those are very specific things that I only use from time-to-time. Just trying to shove AI into every nook and cranny is an annoyance and it also falls into the category of “A product for everyone is a product for no one”.

AI honestly tries too hard to get into our everyday lives, and in many proven cases, fails to do tasks that can easily be done by normal people. All the companies see is a “Make work cheaper” sticker on it, and replace HR with an AI system that fires all of top management since they are getting overpaid. We are putting unproven tools into overpowerful chairs that eventually lead to decreased workflow, issues, or just general shit hitting the fan.

Let me ask this to AI companies:
Did I ask for this? “This is copilot, ask it anything!” yeah, Ill ask it to fuck off.

What happened to the age and time where quality and satisfaction were the top priorities for gaming? Computers are plenty powerful, but we are wasting its power on half assed, half baked, un-innovative shovelware. ALL of the games that have taken their goddamn time are blowing up! Games that the devs have passion for, and dont want to rush a 1TB fucking slow shovelware game for 113$ CAD.
Literally, we are evolving backwards at this rate.

AI tries too hard to be for everyone, and when that happens, it fails at the most basic of tasks. Nobody asked for any of this, and we only wanted it to be a TOOL. NOT to be come a thing glued to us.
Soon enough, we are gonna need some sorta AI pocket companion to do basic shit.
“Oh, hey, how do i use an ATM?”

I cant wait for the bubble to pop, mircosoft can drown, and we’ll be back to normal.
